Registration and Fees

Registration will be open only after the reception and acceptance of abstracts.

We will communicate the acceptance by email together with a link for the online registration and a description of how to pay the conference fee.

Application and abstract submission:

• For non-contributive participation (Deadline: April 1st, 2025), please write an email to Esta dirección de correo electrónico está siendo protegida contra los robots de spam. • To submit your contribution (Deadline: March 1st, 2025) please:

1. Save your abstract as surname_oral or surname_poster. 
2. Send your abstract to Esta dirección de correo electrónico está siendo protegida contra los robots de spam. Necesita tener JavaScript habilitado para poder verlo. with the subject "basq-ibm-2025_ Participant Contribution ORAL or POSTER". In the email, you must specify your name and affiliation.

You will be notified of acceptance of your contribution and/or participation before April 1st, 2025.

You will be provided with the instructions to complete the registration within the acceptance email.

Registration and Fees:

The workshop fee is 400 EUR/person, covering

• Conference related materials
• Meals (Lunch)
• Coffee breaks
  
• Social event (visit to the museum Chillida Leku) on Wednesday afternoon
• Conference dinner at Txirrita Sagardotegia on Wednesday evening
